Position Information

  • Lane Community College, a comprehensive community college in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, has begun the search for a Manager of People and Culture to join the College HR team. The Manager of People and Culture is a key leadership role within the Human Resources department, responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture that supports the mission and strategic goals of the community college. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position plays a critical role in organizational development, talent acquisition and retention, and overall HR strategic initiatives drawing on deep acumen in organizational development and a focus on business outcomes. The Manager will provide leadership and expertise in classification and compensation and recruiting.
