Position Information

  • The HR Recruiting, Onboarding, and Retention Specialist plays a critical role in talent acquisition and employee development across the college. This position manages the full recruitment cycle, supports inclusive and effective onboarding processes, and helps drive employee engagement and retention through targeted training and professional development programs. As the college’s subject matter expert in these areas, the Specialist collaborates with stakeholders across departments to ensure employees are equipped to thrive in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the college’s mission.
