What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you’ll:
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct job audits and evaluations, ensuring accurate classification and benefits eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless benefits experiences.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to keep our offerings competitive.
- Manage data and reporting in HRIS systems to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, delivering clear and helpful guidance on all things compensation and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive topics with professionalism and tact.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, SPHR, CBP, or CCP Certifications.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with compensation management software.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
- $74,262.48 - $98,000 annually
