Position Information

  • What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you’ll:

    • Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct job audits and evaluations, ensuring accurate classification and benefits eligibility.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless benefits experiences.
    • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to keep our offerings competitive.
    • Manage data and reporting in HRIS systems to support strategic decision-making.
    • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, delivering clear and helpful guidance on all things compensation and benefits.

    Minimum Qualifications

    What You Bring:

    • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function.
    • Strong analytical skills and a knack for interpreting data to drive decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive topics with professionalism and tact.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • SHRM-CP, SPHR, CBP, or CCP Certifications.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with compensation management software.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

    Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:

    • $74,262.48 - $98,000 annually

    As part of the total compensation for Staff and Faculty roles, we offer a competitive benefits package including:

    • Paid vacation and sick time - accrual of 7.34 hours of vacation per pay period (176 hours, 22 days per year) and 4 hours of sick time per pay period (96 hours, 12 days per year)
