Position Information


  • It is the mission of the Sinclair Community College Human Resources Department to pro-actively provide comprehensive human resources services including: employment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and other services to our customers in a timely, caring, and respectful manner.

    The Human Resources Business Partner position is responsible for performing and managing a variety of HR-related duties on a professional level and works with senior HR management in supporting the college’s HR functions. This position is required to carry out responsibilities for faculty and non-faculty customers in the following areas: staffing/employment; performance management; employee relations; facilitation/training; policy implementation and other HR related duties as needed.

    The salary for this position starts at $70,154.00 and is determined commensurate with education and experience. After sufficient training, this position is eligible to work remotely up to 20% of their scheduled time at the discretion of the supervisor.
