Position Information

  • This position directs the comprehensive human resources program and manages the activities of the institution’s Human Resources Office that include staff training/development, planning, organizing, developing, implementing and directing. This position will also oversee the transition of existing processes and procedures to Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This includes the development of a new policies and procedures manual and the facilitation of staff training on the new system. Duties of this position are carried out with wide latitude, judgment and discretion.
