  • Another Source’s client, the University of Mississippi, is recruiting a Chief Human Resources Officer to join their team in Oxford, Mississippi.   

    About the Position: 

    The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) reports to the Vice Chancellor for Administration & Finance and is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall University of Mississippi’s strategic direction and plan, specifically in the areas of talent management, employee communication/engagement, organizational and performance management, learning and development, benefit administration, payroll management, and compensation. The CHRO provides leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the senior leadership team, campus leaders, and shared governance committees, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in addition to Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning policies.
